SHIPPING
B&I Dash Kits
Orders over $175 SHIP FREE to the Continental United States. Orders under $175 are charged $10 for Flat Dash Kits and $15 for Molded/Molded Combo Dash Kits. All Canadian orders, whether qualifying for free freight or not, are charged a $20 sur-charge. Orders outside of the United States & Canada must be individually quoted, please email sales@wooddash.com
Shipping Damage
If your package shows visible damage upon receipt, please notify us immediately.
Drop Shipments
For security purposes, we can only ship to your credit card billing address. We do not drop ship.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
B&I Dash Kits
Current model year Dash Kits are returnable within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. A current model year does not mean the actual current year. For example, if the year is currently 2013 and your dash kit fits a 2010-2013 Ford Explorer, all Ford Explorer Dash Kits from 2010-2013 would be considered a 'current model'. Non-current model year Dash Kits are returnable within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 40% restocking fee. All custom painted Dash Kits are not returnable. All returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. All returns must be in the original box, in re-sellable condition and sent with freight pre-paid. Please call 1-800-350-5337 or email sales@wooddash.com to get your Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Address to San Diego.
Order modification or cancellation requests received more than one hour from the time you place your order will be subject to a 20% re-processing fee.
B&I Steering Wheels
B&I Steering Wheels are not returnable.
B&I Water Transfer Printing
B&I Water Transfer Printing orders are not returnable.
Benevento Sunroof Wind Deflector
All Benevento Wind Deflectors have been sized to fit applicable models. They will only fit models that come with Factory Installed Sunroofs. All sales are final and are non-returnable.

Our preferred method for payment on all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS is PayPal. If you are NOT a PayPal member, please click here. If you are a PayPal member, simply use the PayPal button in our shopping cart. The international shipping charge will NOT be included in the order total. We will then email you with the order total and then you must log onto the PayPal site and make the shipping payment to our account (mrchrome@west.net) If you DO NOT wish to become a PayPal member, it requires the printing out and filling out then mailing or faxing the form found at either of these links. International Orders Form (HTML) or International Orders Form (PDF). All IMPORT/BROKERAGE/CUSTOMS FEES on International Orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.

WARRANTY
B&I Dash Kits
B&I Dash Kits are warranted to the original purchaser for its useful life against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered, repaired, damaged or improperly installed.
Benevento Wind Deflectors
Benevento Sunroof Wind Deflectors are warranted for a period of one year. This applies to the original purchaser for the product only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied. All warranties apply to the product only and exclude labor or installation or product removal, or shipping cost.
Heatshield Sunshades
Heatshield Sunshades are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period TWO years. This warranty applies to the original purchaser for the product only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied. All warranties apply to the product only and exclude labor or installation or product removal, or shipping costs.
Show-N-Go
Show-N-Go products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year. This warranty applies to the original purchaser for the product only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied. All warranties apply to the product only and exclude labor or installation or product removal, or shipping costs.
