FREE DASH SHIPPING POLICY: APPLIES TO DASH OVERLAY KIT ORDERS OVER $175 THAT ARE SHIPPED TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY.
   A SURCHARGE WILL APPLY FOR OVERSIZED ITEM(S).
   DOES NOT APPLY TO:
     ORDERS RETURNED FOR NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE (A
     $15.00 SHIPPING FEE WILL BE ASSESED).

TERMS: All orders to be prepaid by: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, PayPal, Certified checks, Money orders, Personal checks.
Note: Checks will need to clear bank before processing order.

Our primary method for payment on all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS is PayPal.

NOT be included. We will then email you with that total and then you must log onto

If you DO NOT wish to become a PayPal member, it requires the printing out and filling out
then mailing or faxing the form found at either of these links.

PROTRIM INC. WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:
PROTRIM inc. warrants the following products:
Shift Knobs, Floor Mats, sunshades, Steering Wheels, Fender Mats, Exhaust Tips, Grille Inserts, License frames, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of (ONE YEAR). This warranty applies to the original purchaser for the product only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied. All warranties apply to the product only and exclude labor or installation or product removal, or shipping costs.

RETURNS: Dash Kits that are CURRENT VEHICLE MODEL YEARS are returnable within 30 days of purchase. There is a 25% re-stocking charge and kit must be in original box in resellable condition freight pre-paid and insured. Dash Kits that are NON-RETURNABLE ARE VEHICLE MODEL YEARS THAT ARE NOT IN PRODUCTION TODAY AS WELL AS SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE. Call for Return Authorization Number and Shipping Address. All returned Boxes without Authorization Number on them will be refused.


BENEVENTO DEFLECTOR PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Benevento (AutoMax) warrants the following products: Hood Bug Guards, Sunroof Wind Deflectors for the period of (ONE YEAR). This applies to the original purchaser for the product only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied. All warranties apply to the product only and exclude labor or installation or product removal, or shipping cost.

BENEVENTO HOOD BUG GUARD RETURN POLICY:
Hood Bug guards can be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to 25% re-stocking charge, they must be in new resellable condition w/all hardware. Call for Return Authorization Number and Shipping Address. All returned boxes without Authorization Number on them will be Refused.

BENEVENTO SUNROOF WIND DEFLECTOR RETURN POLICY:
All Benevento Wind Deflectors have been sized to fit applicable models. They will only fit models that come with Factory Installed Sunroofs. All sales are final and are non-returnable.

SHERWOOD DASH WARRANTY:
Sherwood Dash Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period matching the greater duration of the new vehicle manufacturers warranty or three (3) years. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only. No other warranties are either expressed or implied.

1. WARRANTY REGISTRATION Go to www.sherwooddash.com
2. Any WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or WARRANTY OF FITNESS implied under law is limited to the original purchaser of vehicle only. THE WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE.
3. The purchaser must notify the company that sold and/or installed the product in their vehicle of any defect within 7 days of notification by the purchaser.
4. No repairs are to be attempted on allegedly defective product without express authorization from Sherwood Dash Inc., or until an authorized factory representative has had reasonable opportunity to inspect the product question.
5. Repair or replacement of defective parts will be at the sole discretion of Sherwood Dash Inc.

Shipping DAMAGE:
If box shows visible damage upon receipt of goods notify your shipping company representative immediately. Then contact wooddash.com at 1-800-350-5337 with same information.

SOLID COLOR Sherwood Dash Kits are SPECIAL ORDERED & NOT RETURNABLE
Sherwood Dash Kit RETURNS for Current Production Vehicles Only:
All return requests must be made in writing or by fax.  A Sherwood Dash Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued to you by your Customer Service Representative.  Your return packing list and all boxes must be clearly marked with the RAN.  All shipments without a RAN will be refused.  Freight must be PREPAID on all return shipments in original box in resellable condition and shipped to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the customer1s responsibility to package products for return in such a manner as to prevent them from freight damage.  Please insure all return shipments for values in excess of $100.00
1. ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS. PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED IN THE LAST 30 DAYS IS NON-RETURNABLE.
2. PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CARTON.
3. RETURNS MUST BE FREIGHT PRE-PAID.

Sherwood Dash Kit EXCHANGES for Current Production Vehicles Only:
1. EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
2. DASH KIT MUST BE IN RESELLABLE CONDITION.
3. 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE COVERS:
   A. INSPECTION
   B. REPACKING
   C. RESTOCKING
4. A $10.00 SHIPPING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
Non-current Production Vehicle Dash Kits are considered special order and may not be exchanged.

qualified to answer any technical questions and are more
than willing to do so. Technical assistance may be obtained by
calling PROTRIM, INC. at (480) 940-6145 from 8AM to 5PM MST.

DROP SHIP: Sorry no Credit Card drop ship orders allowed
shipment only to Credit Card Billing Address.
